• Paid subscription plans for continued access after the trial period.

Billing & Renewal:

• Subscription fees are charged monthly according to the selected plan.

• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a money-back guarantee only where clearly stated. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

We are not liable for exam performance or academic outcomes based solely on AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use Global Tutor for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its servers.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content or AI responses without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
